Has your stash pile grown to mountainous heights? Is it difficult to find the fabric you need for a project because of the disorganization happening in your fabric pile? Do you get emotionally attached to your fabric stash and can only give it up if it goes to someone that will cherish it as much as you? If you feel seen, then the fabric swap hop is for you!!

Unload some fabric that no longer brings you joy and take some home that sparks inspiration. Or use this as an opportunity to leave a pile behind to make your stash at home more organized - all fabric left at the end of the swap will stay at Black Hole Studio to help build their class fabric library.
The details
Bring at least 3 fabrics to trade: nothing smaller than 1 yd cuts please, and 2+ yds of fabric is encouraged.
There’s no limit on how much to bring (within reason - if it takes a moving truck to get you in the door, save some for next time)
Be mindful with what you take home - the goal is to take home fabrics you will USE!
After choosing your fabrics, stay and chat with local sewists - This will be a great time to hear what others have been sewing, plan projects with your “new” fabric, and get some opinions about what to move to the top of your sewing queue.
My advice is to grab your spot quickly on this one; I have a feeling it will sell out!
